• All hats are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, shape, or design.

• Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once production begins.

• We reserve the right to decline any custom design request that contains inappropriate or offensive content.

2. Event Services

• Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to reserve your date.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if available.

• Final payment is due [X days] before the event.

• If you cancel within [X days] of your event, the full balance may be due.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Custom hats: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
