Welcome to Saltwater Cowgirl Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, purchasing products, or booking event services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products & Custom Orders

• All hats are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, shape, materials, and design.

• All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.

• We reserve the right to decline any custom request that contains inappropriate, offensive, or trademarked content.

2. Event Services

• Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date (subject to availability).

• Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in the full balance being charged.

• We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances outside our control (including weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure events).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout.

• Payment must be received in full before shipment or service is performed.

• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States (international shipping may be available upon request).

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Saltwater Cowgirl Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom hats: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

• Non-custom items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, branding, logos, images, and content are the exclusive property of Saltwater Cowgirl Co.

• Use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Saltwater Cowgirl Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

8. Assumption of Risk

• By purchasing and wearing our hats or participating in event services, you assume all risks associated with use, including but not limited to styling tools, branding processes, and materials.

9. Privacy

• We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date
